Situated just 3 miles from Dawlish Warren, 9 miles from Exeter. Please note the postcode does not take you to the pond. From the main A380 to Starcross road (named Mamhead Road), take the turning signposted to Mamhead (you will see signs for the pond). Once you've reached a large barn conversion called Home Farm situated on your right hand side take the immediate next LEFT turn beside phone box. Follow the track all the way and you will reach Home Farm Fishery and ample free parking.
